About the Terrace
We are an open and welcoming community right at the heart of Sevenoaks. Drawn from all walks of life, for over 110 years the Terrace has provided an an ideal home for families and professionals both working in London and in the local area.
Adjacent to Sevenoaks station, the Terrace is comprised of 35 houses and communal gardens and parking facilities.
The Committee
The management of Holyoake Terrace is handled by a small team of passionate homeowners who work together to support the community.
Alison
Hi, I’m Alison, I have lived in the Terrace since 1987. I started living at No. 6 which was my Nan and Grandads old house ultimately moving to No. 28 in 1995, during the times when the properties were owned by Sevenoaks Tenants Ltd.
I have brought up my family, three children, Jess, Alec and Max here. I live here with Danny have been a Director of HTMC since 2011/12. I am looking forward to working with new members on helping to create a better understanding amongst residents as to the functionality of running the Management Company for the benefit of all.

Hi there, I'm Al and I live at number 24 with my wife Rebecca and our three girls Emilia, Thalia and Sophia. We've been living here since 2013, it's a fantastic place to raise a family and we feel very lucky to be here. Being on the committee is a great opportunity to help support the community here and I feel very positive about the future.
Helen
Hello, my name is Helen and I live at no. 32 with my husband Peter. We have owned no. 32 for 3.5 years but have only lived here for 18 months as we have been undertaking a fairly significant renovation of the project. Many of you will have seen us running up and down the slope with wheelbarrows of rubbish out and materials in! We are now almost done and looking forward to enjoying our home over the coming months - particularly the gin bar in the cabin!
I am excited to be part of HTMC and am looking forward to engaging with you all, as we continue to maintain and improve our Terrace, plus build on the community already in place.

Hello, my name is Sarah, I moved to the Terrace in 2013 at No. 4a and then in 2016 moved a couple of doors along to No. 3. I live with my two cockapoos, Monty and Chumley and you will probably have seen me be dragged along the terrace on our regular walks.
I enjoy being an active member of our lovely community and have really enjoyed the renewed sense of togetherness that has been a plus side to the recent pandemic. I am looking forward to playing an active role on HTMC and I look forward to hearing your views on how we can make our Terrace even better.
